"When in Liverpool this is only hotel i will stay in. Reception staff especially April very helpful and professional."

"Good location and clean modern hotel"

"Great stay - nice and clean and great location 👍"

"The rooms were too warm with no room control but otherwise fine."

"Clean room, excellent breakfast."

"Really nice apartment, the staff were really friendly."

"Great stay at this hotel. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and a very good size. The bathroom was very big too. The location is amazing. Only 2-3 minutes walk from Bold Street which has so many nice restaurants. Also Liverpool Lime Street Station is only 10 minutes walk away."

"We were directly above the Beatles Story and couldn’t hear a thing 😁 Lovely quiet room and we liked the exposed brick in the room"

"Was surprised to find only 2 coffee sachets between two of us. This meant we couldn't have a drink on arrival as we wanted one for the morning. On arrival we were informed there were no twin beds. We explained there was a bed settee and was informed we could have it made up for £20!!! There were no eggs or mushrooms at breakfast. On checking out we were not asked how our stay had been. Very poor for the Hilton group."

"Couldn’t work out the heating and all the different buttons for the lights"

"Very comfortable bed"

"The staff were wonderful and couldn't do enough for you. I didn't have any shower gel in my room, the container was completely empty, luckily I travel with miniatures otherwise that wouldn't have been a very nice shower! I had to speak to the house keeper when I came back up to my room on my 2nd day as the shower gel had not been refilled despite my room being done already. I also booked a King room, and was given a twin - I was very much looking forward to having a king bed to myself!"

"Small problem with the room which the staff were brilliant"

"Clean well maintained apartment perfect for us as a family of 5 good location"

"Me gustó que es un lugar moderno, de fácil acceso, con ascensor, cerca a todas las amenidades, muy limpio, con suficiente espacio, el personal eficiente."
