"Personeel heel aardig, schone kamer. Wel geluid door airco (ook bij uitzetten blijft geluid) en lopend water als andere kamers douchen. Bed iets te hard en met harde knopen in de topper. Kussen wel fijn. Locatie is heel goed."

"A fantastic stay, the hotel location is great and we couldn’t fault a thing."

"great stay again"

"The location is great but the bed and pillow were not comfortable at all"

"Siistit ja sopivan kokoiset huoneet. Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Hyvä perinteinen aamupala, kivenheiton päässä keskustan ostosmahdollisuuksista ja nähtävyyksistä. Hyvät kulkuyhteydet."

"Easy parking, great location…..fab desk staff"

"Apartment is first class definitely stay here again"

"Had a lovely stay in Liverpool! Very welcoming, and gave some great tips on where to see! Would highly recommend 😊"

"Upon arrival the alledged manager in reception tried to scam me of £10. The room had already been pre booked. She really did ruin the trip for us. Hotel is in a good location just need loyal staff who want to do their job properly."

"This apartment had a great vacation, short walk to the Beatles story, great restaurants, museums, and the Royal Harbor, in the kitchen was a small washing machine for smaller loads of clothes, including a drying rack as well as fans in the closet. This was convenient! There were four breakfast places that were within 50 to 100 yards. It was a wonderful stay and the beds were comfortable. The placed us in a two bedroom unit. The price was wonderful! Thank you so much!"

"After we checked in, we discovered that the heat wasn’t working in our room. When we contacted the front desk, they said the heat wasn’t working throughout the hotel and offered us a space heater. Given the price of this lodging, I found that unacceptable and checked out. I am in the process of filing a claim for reimbursement from Expedia since I purchased trip insurance. Please note: the hotel website specifically shows “heating” as an amenity!"

"جيده ..مريحه.. ولكن التنظيف ليس يومى للاسف. التنظيف أسبوعى. الفندق هاديء نظيف.قريب جدا من محطة القطار والأسواق والمطاعم."

"Perfect appartment for our stay. Everything we needed, great location and secure parking nearby. Good communication with the owner and even met us at the car park to show us where to park and how to get in and out of car park. Would definitely stay again. Good value for money"
