"The property was once a lovely place to stay, as have stayed in the past... This time it was dirty, had to ask for extra towels and glasses, also had to ask for toilet roll, and asked for more coffee and tea as only x2 on arrival in room.... Asking staff for anything took at least an hour to receive.... Could do with staff who care about there jobs and where they work. "
