"Good value and location, pleasant staff. TV Channels not working!! Reception apologised and said other guests had complained too."

"Lovely stay. Spacious room"

"We'll positioned for railway station and RailAir services to Heathrow."

"Good points: Breakfast was a very good mix of cooked food, cereals, fruit, pastries etc with a decent coffee machine and juice. All help yourself. The swimming pool, while not large, was heated to a decent temperature and the same depth throughout…good for kids. "جميلة و تم تجديد الفندق"

"The property had a terrible smell. The whole hotel looked like it was not renovated for centuries. The bathroom had an awful smell when we flushed the toilets. I would not stay or recommend this hotel. Breakfast was average. We stayed for two nights, but in hindsight should have checked out immediately as the standards were really poor. "Good breakfast, good sized room and helpful staff"

"The bed and tv where excellent, everything in the bathroom worked but to say it was tired is very kind"

"Great breakfast, friendly helpful staff. We also enjoyed an evening meal. We stayed in an executive room in old part of inn. Wonky wooden flooring and 'old' furniture in keeping with property. The very large, stylish bathroom is fine but finish is fading and shower head, hose and taps need replacing or descaling. Would stay here again."

"The property was advertised as being pet-friendly but on arrival they couldn’t accommodate our King Charles Cavalier so I had to travel home to Kent with my dog, leaving my daughter and partner at the hotel. I then had to travel back to the hotel early the next morning to collect my family."

"nice clean hotel nice staff good food"

"Perfect for a one-night stay. Staff were very friendly, the room was spacious and very clean. The shower was great and the bathroom was spotless. Best part was the included breakfast - lots of choice and good quality. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area!"
