"I’ve stayed at this hotel twice as I’ve had long layovers in Mexico City on my way to South America. Trying to sleep in an airport is awful so having a hotel within the airport to stay in is a lifesaver especially with children. I also appreciate that they have day rates if you’d rather not want around the airport all day as well. The price is very reasonable. The staff is very professional. The amenities are a sweet bonus. basically my go to hotel whenever I’m stuck in the Mexico City airport for long layovers."

"Great hotel. Nicely furnished rooms and great staff. I appreciate the 24 hour service of coffee and some light meals. Great breakfast. However the rooftop restaurant was a bit disappointing. Unless you are into overpriced insubstantial nouvelle cuisine, avoid this place."

"my room number was 1701. and the bathtub water was going down real slow, and I did not take a shower during my stay. the drain system needs to be cleaned and cleared more often. "
