Wait staff, clerks, cleaning staff were all amazing at their jobs! 10/10 stars. Location is the key! Staff goes above and beyond to make your stay as enjoyable and pleasant as possible. "I had a great experience during my stay! The staff was very friendly, and the doorman kindly helped with my luggage from a distance, since taxis have to stop about half a block away—the hotel is located on a pedestrian street. The lounge area was a nice bonus, always stocked with desserts and drinks, and perfect for relaxing or having a conversation. Overall, a warm and welcoming place. Highly recommended!"

"My go to hotel when laying over or visiting CDMX. The hotel offers a full spa, sauna, steam room and lap pool. On site restaurants are wonderful and the historic city center is walking distance. Excellent front desk reception, bell hops, room service and very secure."
