"I recently stayed at Hotel EXE Alameda Reforma, and overall it was a good experience. The hotel itself was clean, and the staff were very helpful and friendly throughout my stay. I especially want to highlight the Fanny who cleaned my room—she did an excellent job and was always very kind and welcoming. The only downside is the area where the hotel is located. The neighborhood is in poor condition and does not feel very inviting. However, once inside, the hotel staff really make the difference with their professionalism and warmth. In summary, while the surroundings may not be ideal, the cleanliness of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff made my stay pleasant"
