It was ok at best. The plus about this place was that it is pet friendly but you are required to pay a daily deposit which i believe was 350 MXN per day and on top of that they take a 1500 MXN deposit on the room for any incidental. The beds were a bit uncomfortably. I probably would not stay here again.

Really nice hotel, would’ve like for complimentary breakfast had more options and cooks were more professional and friendly. Reception ladies could be rude. Karla and Olivia gave great customer service. Very professional and friendly always had a smile.

The staff was not helpful as I had to carry my own luggage. When I requested in the reception area if they had anyone helping the lady advised that they indeed had no one to help. Additionally they didn’t explain breakfast or how to use elevator with the key card. I do not recommend this place.

El hotel está bien. Pero es un tema para extender reserva. Me comuniqué directamente con el hotel para hacer la extensión y en el call center me dieron el número de reserva y me dijeron que me presentara en recepción para que me dieran número de cuenta y transferir.. pues mis invitados fueron y les dijeron que no se puede. Solo aceptan o efectivo o tarjeta al momento. Pero eran mis invitados y no les iba a pedir que pagaran.. yo no me encontraba en la ciudad como para ir a pagar.. y la única opción si fue pedirles a mis invitados que pagaran y yo se los reembolsara. Pero se me hizo cero práctico. Ni una liga que me pudieran enviar para pago..
