"We had a great stay for 2 nights. Our room was comfortable though my husband hit his head a couple times on the lowered attic type ceiling! The breakfasts were delicious and Tamara was very helpful finding us ways to get to Vail without driving! Plan to stay again—- maybe for my birthday!!!!"

Everywhere we ate during this trip had excellent food in Lionshead and Vail Village. The family that skied really enjoyed the slopes. Beautiful area. Lots of shopping opportunities. The museum was small but very interesting.

Vail is a beautiful town.Lovely Village. Hiking, biking, etc. However, parking and just about everything else is way expensive. Just be aware.

Vail is a very tourist-heavy town. The souvenirs are quite a bit more expensive there then they were in Breckenridge. However, the better priced souvenirs we found were at Charlie's Shirts.

"Super nice. We love that our room was on the 1st floor and had access to the small courtyard next to walk / bike path, next to the small river. Parking was $50 per day, but valet parking was $61. We picked valet and got $30 a day off (-:
We eat dinner at Geasner, the 1st night. It's priced average for the area, but restaurants at either villages ( Lion's heads and Vail village) head tastier food. Please remember, this is strictly subjective. Vendetta's blows them all out of water (-:"
"Hotel is located in the heart of Vail village convenient to everything. While the hotel could use some upgrade it was clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. Not a fan of the high parking fee but given the area I guess they justify it. I would stay here again. "
