And it’s right at Winter Park base so the area is gorgeous! One important thing to keep in mind is that due to the average highs in the lower 70s and low humidity, the units don’t have AC, so if it’s going to be unseasonably warm, that could be an issue for some. Two supermarkets are in walking distance. City Market is fantastic. Blue bird food court has great burgers and is just a five minute walk. Windy City pizza is just across the main road and has great pizza. the people who work there know the mountains

"Had a great stay, 3 families total. Loved the deck space for relaxing, gorgeous views. Kitchen was spacious enough for cooking for the whole group. Loved the amount of bathrooms and the additional common space downstairs for spreading out, more games, etc. House is in a great location for visiting the area and the neighborhood amenities were great. We took advantage of them daily, including pool, gym and trails. Host was responsive when I had a question. Would definitely recommend and come back. "

"We had eight wonderful days at this property. It was convenient for a variety of day trips to Breckenridge, Keystone, Idaho Springs, Leadville, Pikes Peak. Lots of good biking, hiking, and shopping. House was very well equipped and held our group of six easily. Beds were good. Saw plenty of mule dear out the back window. Even with neighboring houses, it has a good sense of privacy. Would definitely come back if we ever had the opportunity."
