"I was surprised with level of the hotel..i belive it is not 4 star level ..maybe 2 or 3.. The staff are not professional ..in my room which is juniors suite; for 2 nights i couldn't sleep due to the bad smell ( food smell) like if someone is cooking in my room. The breakfast was with very limited choices. "

"We had a nice stay, staff always smiling and welcoming and the location is good and gives positive energy for business"

"النظافة ممتازة و لطف جميع العاملين و خصوصا موظفو الاستقبال"

"الغرفه لايوجد بها اثاث للجلوس"

"I like the cleanliness and quite environment. Nice staff. I dont like the breakfast setting and food presented. I find it poor compared to price and hotel's high quality service."

"Everything about our stay was excellent."

"The staff were rude and unhelpful throughout our stay. When we raised a complaint, we were told that something would be sent to our room as an apology, but unfortunately, nothing ever arrived. It was disappointing, especially since they had specifically promised to make up for the poor experience."

"Booked an apartment with two single beds, we had one double. No towels in the bathroom, which was absolutely filthy with smelly drains and poo stains in the toilet. The kitchen area was also filthy with just one plate and one knife and no other plates or utensils. The cupboard underneath the sink was broken and in a massive state of disrepair. The apartment was serviced once during a 5 night stay with only one of the two bins emptied. I would not stay here again!"
