"WOW!! This was the most beautiful hotel that I have ever stayed and that says a lot since I am an Interior designer! The staff was amazing from check in and beyond.. We also ate at Micos for an amazing meal then headed upstairs for more cocktails at roof top bar. We would recommend staying at this hotel for sure!! A piece of advice if you self park do it across the street a whole lot cheaper."

"This hotel is fabulous. It is a newer hotel so everything is clean, bright and fresh. The service was great. The staff were friendly and professional. The location of the hotel is in the heart of Charlotte and so many good restaurants, bars, and entertainment are easily within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family."
