"Very nice stay"

"Absence of elevator made luggage carrying difficult! Excellent hotel."

"My sister and I go to this hotel every time we are in Charlotte. This time I don’t know if it was because it was Halloween weekend or what but our room was NOT cleaned properly. The floor was sticky, they had limited tissue in our room. I went to the restroom downstairs and 2 out of the 3 stalls did not have any tissue. Our room also did not have any paper towels. There was also a stain in the bed. I was very disappointed at our recent stay here. Especially because we really enjoyed this hotel...

"I was in town attending a NBA game it was a 1 min walk to the stadium, so great location the 5th floor bar/restaurant was good I wasn’t able to experience the rooftop bar/restaurant due to it being rented out for a private occasion. But my overall experience was amazing the staff great and very helpful"

"Clean room"

"The hotel and our room was very clean."

"Great staff, the room was clean, great amenities. We didn't eat any major meals at the hotel but we did have appetizers at the downstairs pub and grill and they were good as well as the bartenders. Plenty of places within 2 blocks to eat, drink and shop."

"Beautiful establishment"

"Great location, spacious, pull out queen was resanably comfortable."

"Very comfortable room and decent breakfast. Bring your own body cream."

"Staff was great. Room was also great. We stayed on the 11th floor the view was ok. You could see everything going on in the streets. They only negative was the price for parking for the weekend. Didn’t try any of the food or bar."
