"Second time staying here, beyond beautiful and relaxing. Rooms are clean and upkept. Some draining issues in the bathtub but other than that it was perfect. Super close to everything and right next to the mall. Exceeded my expectations. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Amenities are fantastic."

"Great place to stay in the heart of Charlotte! The rooftop lounge and bar have a modern eclectic touch. My single bed was a minimalistic efficiency that has the fixtures every traveler needs. From multiple USB ports to a shower wand and take-home art. I enjoyed my stay, my sleep, and my play. The only disappointment I experienced was on my floor. The ice machine that didn't work and the hallway carpet looked like it could use a vacuum."
