"The gentleman that checked us in was fabulous. We called earlier to say we were going to be late and he was by himself and was so nice and accommodating. When we checked out this morning the lady was super rude. I asked her for a new parking voucher (which I paid for, it wasn’t free) because I lost the one I got the night before (this was a little slip of paper an inch wide and 1.5 inches long). When she gave me another one she let me know that it was a lot of hard work on the staff when these papers got lost. I thought she was joking because the gentleman the night before said to come get another one if we needed. I just laughed out loud and told her I was ever sorry and didn’t realize how hard it was to print those papers. I wish I would have let her know I’m pretty sure the $255 we paid for the night plus $35 parking covered it. Even if it was hard on them to print and cut more paper, do you tell a customer that?"

"Everything was great the food, pool and room.. just amazing. Will be returning. Front desk makes you feel like you home. They welcome me with a warm smile.as well as the bartender she was nice as will.. "

"I booked 2 nights but had to miss the first one due to an unexpected death in my family that delayed my trip. I tried calling the hotel to tell them I would not arrive until the next day, but no one answered. I called again the following day, and they told me they cancelled my entire reservation as a no-show. Lost $400."

"Zero safety (all entrances were unlocked without requiring a key card to enter), hotel was okay but dirty and not in great condition; room was not available despite checking in an hour after check in time; staff was hesitant to deliver extra pillows, evening onsite manager was friendly but unprofessional; day time onsite manager was unhelpful - we left a child’s blanket behind - he said housekeeping would look for it and call me back. He never called back, I called again, and he stated that they didn’t find it (although we are 100% sure it was left). The location was not ideal compared to other area hotels - would not recommend. "
