"The room was clean and the staff was friendly. I liked that there was a bar to grab food without leaving the hotel or pay delivery fees. I ordered the burger and it was good. The hotel was a 15 minute walk to the Spectrum Center where the concert I was attending was held. There were also plenty of restaurants within a short drive distance. No complaints"

"It was confusing getting to the lobby which is on the 2nd floor. It doesn’t seem to have a main entrance that is obvious to check in. Otherwise very helpful staff and the breakfast was great!"

"This property is across from the transit center. It's loud and feels a bit unsafe on the street outside. The hallways are pretty beat up, rooms have been redone but I had a couple of large bugs in my room, hair in the shower and the smoke detector light brightly flashing all night long. Honestly, it was rough. I think the staff was doing their best. They were friendly and open to helping."

"The configuration of the shower was smart - you'll see when you get there. But the glass door to the bathroom was dirty, lots of toothpaste and other things on it. Also, my feet got dirty walking barefoot on the carpret."

"Staff was amazing. Room not so much. It was renovated double queen room. the TV way in the corner of the room so only one bed could see TV. Also they changed to toddler sized pillows. We went to the front desk and got normal size pillows. Love the staff and the location. Hoping we don’t get that room again"
