"The property is nice. It is close to the convention center and the light rail service. Right in between Whole Foods and CVS making it easy to stock the fridge and pick up items forgotten. The hotel does supply full size body wash, shampoo, hand soap and lotion. Housekeeping is great and kept up with towels and necessities that needed stocked. The place was clean and the employees friendly. "

"The hotel is wonderful, very clean and up to date and the staff is kind and responsive. My one complaint is about parking. The valet parking is very convenient but costs $45 per day which is excessive. There are other local options, but they are also pricey and are either not covered or a bit of a walk and with recent crime activity in Charlotte, I did not feel comfortable walking at night. Other than parking, the hotel was perfect for us and I would definitely stay here again!"
