"Farook deserves a pat on the back. His service is excellent. But most of the staff doesn’t know English. Air conditioning is centrally controlled. So we needed to call every single day to turn it on. Breakfast was good with a variety, but most of the time was served cold. Maybe hot dishes not turned on every day. There’s no toaster in the breakfast area. Room service is excellent but they charge you for ice cubes. Overall needs something improvements. "

"Staff members were welcoming and respectful. Towels were changed everyday and beds make. However, on arrival we could smell cigarette smoke in the room for hours. So we were forced to open the windows for hours. The room was never hoovered until the 4th day. "

"It was an average and decently clean place to stay. Nothing special, nothing terrible. The service was average. We had breakfast included and came an hour before the end time, but the eggs, potatoes and bread were all finished, the dishes were finished for drinks and so we didn’t have much to eat. They did go get more bread, but the eggs and potatoes and other hot sides were out. I asked if they could make more as the breakfast buffet was still an hour longer but they said it was finished. But...
