Regarding Expedia Errore I booked 2 time.one with payment,other without payment. I called supporing team and asked tem to cancelled that one without payment cuz pax have not cash. But support team refunded my payment reserve and ask pax to pay at property.

Not very convenient
First, we were promised some things and they weren't there when we got to the hotel so don't believe anything they tell you online. Second, the safe did not work and they did not even care to fix the problem. Third, the staff was not very friendly specially the receptionists and you can tell they have a fake smile and they get easily irritated when asked questions. The cleaning was good but they never refilled the shampoo and sometimes forget to check if we have toilet paper or not. Additionally, they only care to get money from you and don't care much for your satisfaction. Overall, I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Also, there was no laundry and to send your laundry outside it was very expensive.

Klimaları soğuk üflüyordu oda değiştirmemize rağmen sorun çözülmedi defalarca söyledik ama önce odadan ayarlama yapmaya çalıştılar olmadı merkezi sistemde arıza olduğu belirtildi sonra arızanın giderildiği söylendi ancak 5 gün boyunca klima soğuk üfledi çok üşüdük. Kapı kartları gün içinde bir okuyor bir okumuyor sürekli resepsiyona inip kapıyı açamadığımızı belirttik yeniden karta yükleyip verdiler . Tuvalet giderlerinden çok rahatsız edici koku geliyordu temizlik yapılmasına rağmen koku sorunu çözülmedi . Personel iyiydi ancak hotelin bakıma ihtiyacı var .

Konum guzel, fiyat performans fakat temizlik kotu.
Personel gayet iyidi, kahvaltisi da fiyata gore gayet tatmin edici. Odalar cok guzel, yatak cok rahat ve oda gayet genisti. Fakat isin banyo kismina gelince isler degisti. Banyo maalesef temizlenmemisti. Yerde onceki misafirden kalan sigara izmaritleri ve kıllar duruyordu. Musluklar da fazlasiyla lekeli ve kirliydi. Insanlik hali unutulmus olabilir ben de otelci oldugum icin cok sorun yapmadim fakat titiz birisi icin fazlasiyla sorun olabilir. Bu konuda biraz daha dikkat edildigi surece sonraki konaklamamda da fiyat performans acisindan tercih edecegim bir hotel olacaktir.

The Room windows can’t be closed. Air condition doesn’t work. We changed our the room. But other room air condition doesn’t work too. I utterly not recommend that staying there any condition.
