"I would definitely stay again at Grun as the hotel and amenities are great, but there are some lessons to be learned in customer service. I booked an in-room massage, the masseuse was 30 minutes late and no one notified me of the delay. This was very frustrating as I had plans later, and with it being my last day in Uluwatu I felt like I was wasting away time.
