"Lovely staff that promptly reacts to cleaning requests and organised a scooter for us. Other than that so overpriced. Rooms were badly equipped (no reading light, no towel hangers) and there was mold in the bathroom on the floor. Noisy bar outdoors playing techno all night long. Wouldn't even pay half of what I paid to stay there. The staff deserves 5 stars though!"

"It was good for the money we payed. Not a bad choice for a short term stay. The water shore near by is not suitably for swimming or snorkeling but pretty good for surfing. What I missed at most in my room was a dresser and a place to dry the wet clothes."

"They were very patient with my questions before the stay and took time to explain in details. The villa is cozy and the staff are very hospitable, helpf and attentive to our needs. The owner greeted us on our first morning and walked us to the van! Such a warm gesture :)"

"Insgesamt eine sehr schöne Anlage mit Pool und einem super lieben Team/Service. Nur die kleinen Hütten sind leider schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und müssten hier und da etwas renoviert werden. Neue Bettwäsche sollte unbedingt besorgt werden. Alte Flecken die nicht raus gehen und gelbliche Kopfkissenbezüge machen nicht gerade nen super Eindruck auch wenn sie gewaschen waren. Ansonsten gibt es nix zu meckern, Frühstück war eine sehr schöne Auswahl und auch super lecker und das Ambiente stimmt....

"Small property but beyond par EXCELLENT service. I am not sure if I remember the name of the lady handling the property and guest service right, I think her name is UTAMI, she is excellent in her work and attending smallest of the need and details of the guest, her team is the best. I would highly recommend this place, apart of size, it will beat any 5 star property in terms of service and guest satisfaction. Kudos to you team Origin."

"Good: This property is conveniently located and pretty close to all the restaurants, beaches and grocery stores. Staff is friendly and helpful. You can rent a bike at the reception for a good price. Food choices are simple but still filling and delicious. (we liked fruit plate and pancakes, omelette is also tasty!) The territory is clean and quiet, we had our cabin cleaned every day. Need improvements: Towels were washed but worn out with stains that didn’t come off after the washes....

"This villa is ok it needs a little bit if TLC Not enough cooking utensils , dirty sponges to clean with I had to ask for dishwashing liquid the put a small amount in a plastic container, no dish clothes etc bathroom had a smell wasn’t to bad the liquid soaps etc needed to be refilled It was like have these been left over from someone else had to get them refilled Bed was good and swimming pool was great for the kids They just need to update the kitchen and bathroom supplies Staff very nice...

"I would definitely stay again at Grun as the hotel and amenities are great, but there are some lessons to be learned in customer service. I booked an in-room massage, the masseuse was 30 minutes late and no one notified me of the delay. This was very frustrating as I had plans later, and with it being my last day in Uluwatu I felt like I was wasting away time. It would have been ideal if the front desk notified me of the delay, considering as they were transporting the masueus around the...
