"Would rate probably about a 2.5 overall. It got us through the weekend in Cali but I'd say if you had to stay longer than a day or two go somewhere else. The jacuzzi does not work. The one whole side of the hotel is RIGHT next to a train track which we didnt know, so we had to be asked to be moved after the first night of no sleep. Both rooms were the same level of clean, which was not very.. and unfortunately one elevator smelled like someone had pooped in it and they barely wiped it up....

"The property is worn and not well maintained. The bathroom was extremely small with no counter space or sink except outside the bathroom. There was body wash in the shower but no soap supplied at the sink. The continental breakfast was very limited and the seating was also very limited. This is a below average accommodation. I would not call it “Very Good”"

"With a one person ahead of me checking in I was checked in 30 minutes it took for that. I went into a room with mold and roaches. The other room had a bed bug. That day my refund was denied. I had to leave the premises and find another hotel. It took me hours of working out my refund. The following day it was granted."

"The exterior of the property was unkept. We had our dogs with us and immediately clean up after them, we were constantly having to look out for other dog’s waste that had been left around the property. The hot tub looks like it had been forgotten about and in a small corner. There were signs for a vending machine but couldn’t find one and the on property ‘market’ was very small and extremely limited in selection. Breakfast was great and staff was very friendly and helpful."
