"Arrived early and could check in early for minimal fee. Room lovely, clean and everything needed for the one night stay. Ate at restaurant and food / service great. Easy walk to some shopping. Front desk arranged taxi for transfer to airport but also shuttle right outside the door too. Had a hiccup by leaving back pack in taxi and hotel helped arrange for me to get this back. Overall great experience and customer service. Highly recommend this hotel "

"My room was small but very comfortable and, as I had an early flight, I loved being able to stay in the airport for a reasonable price. Check in was very quick and the staff on the front desk were fantastic."

"The staff were wonderful, from check in to check out. I was particularly impressed by the amenities in the room--iron and ironing board, especially. The food for breakfast was vintage English breakfast! It was delicious. There was a slight delay in replenishing some of the food. Nevertheless, breakfast was still great."
