"Good base for getting to all the shops and sites in Brighton. A bit small and cosy but was fine for 5 people. Not enough seating areas for more. Need to be aware you are next to a very busy road so will hear lots of people walking past and traffic noise but fine for a short break."

"This property provided the perfect place to host a hen party weekend for 18 people. The rooms are all perfectly sized and the communal areas are perfect for hen games and pre-drinks. The house is easy to find and is in with easy walking distance of the pier and other amenities. I would highly recommend for large groups."

Difficult to find in London, and impossible in July without a lot of money. And having a nice grocery nearby saved even more - we were able to do so much in London because we found the right place.
