"A clean well laid ojt lovely living space."

"We were a party of four couples. Three had an ensuite bedroom, whilst the fourth couple had a separate upstairs area with their own private toilet and access to their own shower room at the bottom of their staircase. The owner was extremely helpful and quick to respond to any questions (before and after I booked). The beautiful house and location worked perfectly for a group of mature adults. We had everything we needed for a great weekend break."

"Good base for getting to all the shops and sites in Brighton. A bit small and cosy but was fine for 5 people. Not enough seating areas for more. Need to be aware you are next to a very busy road so will hear lots of people walking past and traffic noise but fine for a short break."

"I simply loved my stay here. Everything about this stay was amazing. The location is fantastic, with convenience stores and a fish and chips place right within walking distance. The room itself is so cute with great amenities. There is a fan if you get hot and also a heater for when it gets cold. They were absolutely the sweetest hosts and I felt at home!!!"

"We enjoyed a lovely 12 night stay at the Dairy. It is beautifully furnished with a very comfortable bed and lovely patio. We had amazing weather and enjoyed many days out cycling and visiting National Trust properties as well as the coast. "A really fantastic place to stay. Great location being so close to the train station, whilst also being down a quiet pedestrian lane (so no noise at night). The 4 double beds (as well as the two sofa beds in the living room) mean you can get 8 adults staying at once.
