When the door closed with the key inside, I was forced to pay a locksmith to open the room. An additional key was not provided nor would the front desk open the unit. "Stayed for 24 days and loves it here its pretty quiet at first the bed was a little too hard for me being a bigger guy, we talked to the management and they had a new bed brought to my room in like less than a day. The wifi is a little shotty but its good enough for watching netflix and amazon prime video you can buy a hot spot thats fairly decent if you wnna spend the money on it was like 4500 peso for the hotspot and like 1500 pesos which is like 80 bucks for a month which is cheaper than...

"Our host was extremely helpful. He reached out to both my wife and I to make sure everything was ok. I was home in the States and my wife was visiting in the Philippines. My wife thought the place was neat, clean, and safe. The host also reached out to us and offered a late check out for a fair price. We have no complaints."

"This was one of the worst experiences i have had out of anywhere i have ever stayed. In these condo's they give the minimum and don't want to fix any issues that come up. Example is we had no tv or microwave the entire time we were there, lucky nothing else was broke. There were also roaches that started coming out the second evening."

Joan also came to our room for us to pay for our add on day from our initial reservation. Krunal was helpful in adding our additional day when I contacted him via email after I booked the original booking on Expedia.com. Thank you for a great place to stay for my wife and I to get married here in Manila."
