"Everything was fine. The air conditioner worked well as did the hot water heater. The apartment is small but it is sufficient. The stove top only has 2 heating elements and they are so close to each other that it's practically impossible to use both at the same time, but I was still able to cook a delicious meal. The greatest convenience is the proximity to so many shops and restaurants, all within walking distance."
