"I like this place. Airport close, not a lot of services nearby really but jeepney trip to Parkmall is simple. Good security too. Clean and surprisingly quiet. Bathroom fittings a bit messed up taps/ bidet/ shower/ tiles/ plug could all be fixed but you gets what ya pay for . And price is excellent. "

"Great modern 1 bedroom apartment. Ample room. Big wardrobe, safety deposit box, the most comfirt bed I've slept on in a long time, good size fridge and freezer. Twin hotplate, frypan and saucepan provided. Unfortunately the cutlery wasnt clean. Dining room table and chairs, good size bathroom with hot water, daily housekeeping, free bottled water and friendly staff"

"I checked in after office hours and did not receive the room I expected. But the next morning I addressed my concerns to the staff and with the approval of the owner I was able to view 2 other room options and pick my choice from the 2 available units. After that my remaining 10 days were very pleasant. The staff and the owner are very nice and accommodating. These units are perfect for long stays because of the compete kitchen and extra bedroom and bathroom. I will stay there again on my next...

"Really easy check in, even though we arrived to Manila in the evening. Just had to text the provided number and pick up the access key from the security desk. Room is a great size for 2 and everything is in good condition, including the bed and AC. And of course the biggest draw is the walkability in BGC which is my favorite place in Manila. For all these perks, I found the price to be extremely reasonable, and I look forward to coming back. "

"Worst experience in my years of travel. The unit smells of mould and the kitchen is falling apart from water damage. In the morning i went to use the gym, but that had been destroyed in a typhoon months ago. It shouldn't even be listed as a feature. The owner said 'i would have to oay to use the gym' as if that was relevant. So i went to use the pool. The guard refused to let me swim as i needed a pass.
