"Check in was a bit confusing since we had to go to a different building, and then they were kind of snippy with us. But once we got checked in it was a great place to stay. The breakfast was amazing as well."

"Very easy and enjoyable 1 night stay. Clean, comfortable. A little mix-up about payment as I had pre-booked/paid through Expedia but it appears all corrected without much hassle. The vending machine on floor 2 would not accept any (5) of my cards (debit or credit) by Tap and since that was the only option, I could not get anything. It was late, I was not going to fuss. "I specifically chose this hotel because it had a hot tub. There website did not say the hot tub was out of service. My room didn’t have a bath tub, only a shower, and no microwave. I’m always cold and have stomache issues so not being able to have a bath or heat up my Magic Bag (bean bag) was not great. I ended up regretting choosing this hotel, not worth the amount of money."

"Loud in the hall"

"Excellent for a property without a bar or restaurant.Breakfast was great."

"Hotel was very nice! Convenient location for taking the ferry. Was close to fun attractions and great restaurants."

"The views of the water & ships were endlessly fascinating. Being able to park below the hotel & take an elevator were lifesaving. The room was roomy & comfortable."

"The B&B is in an excellent location for walking around the inner harbour. The room was comfy and clean plus the staff was very friendly. The breakfast every morning was delicious and attractively presented. Intend to come back to stay again next year."
