I had a noise issue in my first room (not at all the fault of the hotel) and I was exceptionally pleased with the professionalism, attentive customer service, and absolutely kind attitude shown by Kash when i brought the issue to his attention. He immediately made arrangements to secure me another room (same style/layout and on the same floor) and he had me moved into my new room in under 10 minutes. It's rare to find this level of hospitality, even in very high end hotels, and Kash made what could have been one of my toughest work trips into one of the best I've ever experienced. "
