"What an amazing time we had at Spare Time Beach House! We sat on the front deck to watch a few of the most epic sunsets, and the shooting stars while sitting in the hot tub were the icing on the cake. The house is well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. The fireplace made for a cozy night to relax by. We loved every minute of it!"

"Great house for our families beach trip! Kitchen had everything we needed to make meals at the house. Our boys loved playing pool. The fire pit was great. And the view from the deck is amazing! We loved being able to hear the ocean waves from the house."

"This was out 9th stay at this amazing property. it was the best time EVER! We've been here all 4 seasons. They are all beautiful in their own way. We've never had any issues. Always like coming home. The beds are great. Bedrooms and baths are great. The kitchen has everything you need. Great cookware, dishes, silverware, cleaning supplies, pantry items, coffee maker and filters. The walk/hike down to the water is so BEAUTIFUL and FUN! The day we checked in 7/30 was the best day of my life! We have our stay in 2026 booked! "

"This was our second time at the Cliff House and we had a wonderful time. We love this property because we can just unwind at the house or take multiple walks on the beach throughout the day. Our dogs love the property as well. The house has all the kitchen utensils you could possibly need for any cooking you want to do. We will definitely be back to the property. "
