"Everything"

"Loud! Close to the freeway and people were up until late banging on floors and opening doors."

"cut down on the freebreeze, the room was unbearable"

"It was very clean and well maintained"

"Excellent breakfast selection"

"Nice, clean place. But cold…seemed like they were saving money on heat. Especially in the morning."

"Our Bayview room was nice, although we did not have a direct view of the bay since we were in Building 9. We had an obstruction from one of the lower units. Other than that, the place was very nice; the pool was nice, the hot tub was nice, and the short walk to town was nice. The views that the other side of the bay has to offer are amazing."

"The Stavrand is a beautiful property nestled in the redwoods just a few minutes walk from downtown Guerneville. The front desk and dining room staff were friendly and helpful. We brought kayaks, for which we were shown a safe place for storage. My disappointments were: (1) the swimming pool was quite cold, and the jacuzzi was not very hot and had no operative jets, (2) housekeeping did not come clean our room during our 2-night stay, and (3) the room, though lovely, had no real separation of bed...

"I liked the idea of glamping but the trailers are so close! Also no real wood is allowed for outdoor fire and “breakfast” is granola! And… saying the river is a 3 min walk is a little misleading- it’s down the street and you have to cross a major highway! It could be improved by separating the trailers- stocking trailers more for cooking"

"We stayed two nights with another couple! The rooms were great especially having a fireplace in the room was a fabulous bonus! The bathrooms were a nice size as well. The courtyards had plenty of areas to sit / have a beverage and hang out with friends. Firepit area was nice as well. The lobby had a bar/ nice sitting areas/ tvs/ wine tasting 4-6! Great place to stay!"

"a bit noisy from our neighbors who kept slamming their door. the dog took president to having courtesy for their neighbors."
