"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a very nice 3 night stay at Aunt Ginny's. The house was clean, bright and located in a great neighborhood. Nice view of the river and very quiet."

"Honestly wish there was a rating level above excellent. Everything about our stay at Cosmo Retreat exceeded expectations. The welcome - to a beautiful home and with music playing in the background was an amazing start to our trip. The house is great, the surroundings are beautiful, it’s a fun area to stay in, and it’s a perfect location to explore everything from the coast to Napa Valley. It would be a little hard for people who have trouble with stairs, but other than that, I can’t imagine a better, more well-rounded place to stay in the region."

"The place was lovely. Nice hot tub,beds, etc. nice place. You should be aware, if travelling in hot weather, they do not have ac and the house gets very hot. Also, there is no washer or dryer, so the single bath towel and washcloth per person feels stingy. When I spoke to the property manager because it was so hot, 85 degrees inside, in the house, she was fairly rude to me."

"We stayed for 1 month and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property is as pictured. There is plenty space in the living and dining rooms for a large group to gather. The bedrooms are private and each has its own bath. The outside is very private and has various sitting/lounging/dining spaces. The pool was great and so relaxing after a day of exploring. The location is very central. Forestville, which is very close, has some great places. And both Sebastopol and Healdsburg are both under a 1/2 hour away. There is lots to do in the area - wineries, farmer’s market, farms, shops. The driveway up is steep and curvy, but after the first time, you get used to it. I would def stay here again."

"We were 5 family members attending a family reunion and the house was so comfortable for us. Side note: The A/C was such a blessing during 100 degree temps. The kitchen was well equipped so we were able to cook meals -and the beds comfortable. The separate entrance on the ground floor was terrific for the boys. lots of space-we enjoyed the hot tub. Owner was quick to respond to any questions. Definitely would stay again. Location was excellent for our gathering"
