"The house was clean, spacious, and very comfortable for our family of 10. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of cooking supplies and utensils, which made preparing meals easy. Check-in and check-out were both seamless, and the host was very responsive. When we had a concern with the hot tub, they quickly arranged for someone to come out early the next morning and resolve the issue. We really appreciated the prompt service and had a great stay overall."

"The cabin is very well appointed in comfort, function, and quality. Standouts are the high quality sharp knives and still new-looking pots and pans, the earthenware plates and coffee cups in the kitchen, to the very comfortable bamboo mattress and high thread count silky bed sheets; the thick and plush bath towels, and the touch lamps that have both USB-A and USB-C outlets. The house is comfortable and interestingly funky and roomy with a few retro fixtures so that you can cook your meals in and hang out on the expansive front deck in shade or sun (plenty of both throughout the day) or soak in the hot tub on the back porch, where you can also serve a meal al-fresco. The cabin is perched at the edge of a steep hillside, with just one house above it but you wouldn’t know, thanks to enhanced privacy fencing, making the porch and hot tub completely private. Because of the steep hill, parking can be tricky at first but take it slow and back into the lot across from the parking space then pull straight across to the space and you’re fine.Like most rentals just off River Road, you’ll be aware of the traffic on it, but the pervasive redwoods muffle the traffic noise a bit. Because the cabin is perched on the hillside, the view of the hillside on the other side of the river is beautiful and there are a bounty of birds that dart around the redwoods. Being on the east side of Guerneville made it easy to get to Santa Rosa, but driving or biking on back roads into town took only minutes."

"We absolutely loved the location, size of the home, cleanliness, and thoughtfulness with the provided items in the home. We had two 15 yos, a 19 yo, and two adults, there was something for everyone! "This location was perfect for our visits to Northwoods Golf and Sterling Winery. This home is in a very fun location and so peaceful. We used the front and back decks each day.
