"Our stay was amazing. From the time we arrived from the gate to the time we left. The concierge, valet, and everyone in the resort were so friendly and accommodating. They treated us like we are family. Every time we dine in the restaurant they knew who we are and accommodated my son who is gluten free. I would highly recommend this resort. Our room has our own jacuzzi and amazing views of the arenal volcano. Our shower has rain shower head and Amazing view of the volcano as well while showering. They refill the bar every morning. "

"Fantastic views from our room of the volcano. We were staying in the top side of the hotel which was a bit of a walk down to restaurants and pool, there was a road being worked on which meant we couldn’t go the most direct route. Pool facilities were excellent a lot of family and children around the bar which had an excellent cocktail selection, and food at both breakfast and in the restaurants was great. Thermal pools were enjoyable and relaxing and the walk up to the view point is worth the trip. "
