"The house is very attractive, roomy and beautifully appointed. Everything inside the home is new, or recently updated. The front porch was super comfortable, the kitchen large with excellent appliances, pots and pans, dishes, etc. The beds are really comfortable, and we were surprised at how large the bedrooms and bathrooms are, particularly for an older house. "Wonderful stay here in Ticonderoga for a family wedding! The property was charming. The front porch was so welcoming with comfortable wicker furniture. The house seemed to be recently renovated, and with very good taste. Good parking, very clean, modern roomy kitchen, comfortable, cozy living room, beautiful bathrooms, spacious bedrooms with super comfortable beds. We loved having our morning coffee on the back deck. Highly recommend this lovely property!"

"We booked for our annual 2-day fishing tournament on Lake Champlain and couldn't be happier we found the house. Great location - minutes from multiple launches, Wal Mart and gas stations, and walking distance to downtown. Plenty of parking for 4 boats and the fishing decorations added a nice touch.
