"The carpet cleaning isn't very good, but the rest is very clean."

"Hotel Josefshof am Rathaus exceeded my expectations.  The cleaning staff visited everyday.  Unlike some hotels, they occasionally varied the breakfast buffet and accommodated my lactose intolerance by providing lactose-free yogurt and lactose-free lattes.  Unlike some hotels, they did have lots of staff.  It’s in a very cozy spot but it did take me a while to find.  When you walk along Auerspergstraße, turn left when you see the SENFT building and right beside it is the hotel.  I might forgo the buffet breakfast next time, as there are many grocery stores near the hotel where you can buy granola, yogurt and OJ for a quick breakfast.  There are 2 theatres in Josefstadt, one next to the hotel where they present English plays and one on Rotenturmstraße 20 where they present shows in German.  You can easily walk to the City Hall to go skating in the winter and I found the walk to the Leopold Museum a pleasant stroll.  "

"The rooms were fairly clean. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Thank you. Personally I found the black too dark . Just a personal preference. "

"The crew stood out they were all so nice and accommodating. They made me feel at home. Unfortunately I was in and out of the hotel i really didn’t have time to taste their wine collection they also had beautiful art inside. It’s super close the district 1 (9 mins walk) and tram was close too ( 9 mins walk) Super clean and spacious "
