"This was a really lovely place to stay! Close to grocery stores, trams, and lovely parks to lounge in. Perhaps a touch on the expensive side, however, at the drop of a hat they sent us up more towels, coffee pods, and dish soap. I love that kind of personal service when we’re abroad. Bedroom and bathroom(s) are downstairs, with everything else up a flight of stairs, so if there are mobility issues, I wouldn’t recommend. Thank you guys so much for having us!!"

"Our room was clean, comfortable and modern. The shower could have used a little bit more water pressure. The staff was very attentive and helpful. However, we had checked in through Hotels.com and we were given a specific room number, but then the clerk at the checking counter gave us different room. Not sure which room would have been better, but the one we got was somewhat noisy due to being in close proximity to the elevator. We kept hearing rumbling sounds all night."

Additionally, the location is perfect—being so close to the river, shops, restaurants, and main sightseeing attractions made our trip very convenient. "This is a really nice, relatively new hotel in a nice safe neighbourhood that is convenient to bars, restaurants, shops and in easy walking distance of the main attractions. It was clean, the rooms were a good size. The bed was a bit creaky for a new establishment and the pillows were a bit hard for me. Blackout blinds were okay and the room was really quiet. There was a nice coffee machine and there was also oat milk which I was very happy about. The shower and the bathroom were lovely. Also there was a nice friendly welcome at reception and the staff were very helpful and they gave us a welcome drink on arrival with was a very nice touch."

"I love the location of the hotel right in the heart of the city. Everything was very walkable you can also access a lot of different transportations. The hotel staff was very helpful they messaged me how to take the CAT transit from the airport and they booked me a cab when I left. I felt very safe in the area. I enjoyed their breakfasts every morning, very neat & clean restaurant which offered a variety of foods. I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to another stay there when I visit. Also, it was convenient to have a cocktail at there bar while viewing the fountain as you watch people."
