"This was a really lovely place to stay! Close to grocery stores, trams, and lovely parks to lounge in. Perhaps a touch on the expensive side, however, at the drop of a hat they sent us up more towels, coffee pods, and dish soap. I love that kind of personal service when we’re abroad. Bedroom and bathroom(s) are downstairs, with everything else up a flight of stairs, so if there are mobility issues, I wouldn’t recommend. Thank you guys so much for having us!!"

"Location is great, quiet street close to museums, opera and fine restaurants. Room was clean, comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, and bar at night very welcoming. What I liked the most: staff. Special thanks to Lisa and all front the desk staff and to Jennifer and Mercedes for making breakfast a very enjoyable experience. Whenever in Vienna, I will choose this hotel for sure!"
