"The hotel was amazing! It was very centrally located, with many places within easy reach. The rooms were clean, and I felt safe knowing that you needed a key card to access the rooms. The breakfast was great too with a great view. The staff were all very kind and welcoming, from the front desk and housekeeping to the breakfast team."

"Wonderful stay and convenient to all historical sights"

"Very nice right in the middle of downtown Vienna. The best Location,"

"Breakfast was delicious and the shower worked well. The staff were very helpful. Azra in particular helped me look for a lost item and helped me book my train tickets to Prague. Lea and Lili also were helpful, but Azra is a shining star!"

"Super friendly! Last time I checked-in was 12 years ago, and it was saved in the system. Loved it. Perfect location right next to Albertina & Opera. Hardly gets any better. Everthing you need and friendly nice staff and guests (different to the stressed-out business 5-star clientele ;-)"

"Clean room, perfect location"

"I really enjoyed our stay (my wife and myself) in the Felix suite. The staff were professional and extremely friendly and always went the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable. I received a free upgrade for the first night. The place is just like an art gallery with all the paintings and decorations. It was an experience that we will never forget."

"Best hotel staff ever!"

"Hotel Gilbert is unique and very much a boutique hotel. We loved the &Flora restaurant and the hotel’s proximity to all things Vienna. Would absolutely stay there again!"
