A stunning hotel right in the city centre. No surprise it used to be a palace - our suite was right out of a palatial state room. Courteous and helpful staff made our stay even better. We were there to celebrate my birthday and there was a welcome card, wine, and cake waiting for us upon checking in. Can’t recommend enough. Thank you so much for making it a wonderful stay.

Beautiful hotel. We highly recommend it. It is clean, well-equipped, nicely decorated and perfect location. The beds are comfortable and the staff is very friendly. We were greeted with a bottle of wine and macrons.

This was a beautiful gem with eye catching decor and lovely staff in the heart of Vienna. Walkable to everything. Evening happy hour in the stunning courtyard was a nice touch and opportunity to meet other guests. I highly recommend this hotel and will stay here next time I’m in Vienna.

What a beautiful and unique hotel. We truly enjoyed our stay here. We were greeted with a smile, quickly checked in and shown to our room that was beautifully decorated. We were surprised to find a nice bottle of wine on ice to welcome us! We found the bed to be very comfortable, the bathroom spacious with beautiful finishes equipped with a great hairdryer! The complimentary soap, shampoo and handcream smelled lovely. We had breakfast while we were there and the food was very good and reasonably priced. In the evening they have complimentary wine and assorted deserts in the dining room which we really enjoyed before heading to our room after a long day of sight-seeing. They are located in what felt to be the heart of everything. Shopping, restaurants, museums, churches and Palaces! No end of things to do. Our thanks go out to the staff who were so informative about getting around and also helped us to get perscriptions filled one night when we were sure it would be impossible. We definitely recommend you stay here. You won't regret it.

The Leo Grand team were really welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The accommodation was high tech yet quirky and well finished. Arrival was a little confusing as the main door had more a feel of a cake shop and restaurant than hotel. Once inside it couldn’t be faulted. Also a very historical building carefully restored. So central that all the main attractions are only a few minutes away.
