"I’ve stayed at this property before and had a great experience, which is why I chose to return. Unfortunately, this stay was very disappointing. At check-in, we were charged an unexpected $25 daily amenity fee that was not clearly explained. The room itself was not up to standard—the AC was not working, and the refrigerator was broken and overheating. "La bâtisse est neuve et le personnel est souriant malgré qu’on m’a laissé attendre 2h pour une petite réparation ds la chambre. La piscine trop petite et sale, le matelas du canapé lit est dans état lamentable, on m’a ramené un lit mobile d’une place (qui a encombré la chambre) d’une qualité de matelas légèrement meilleure. les serviettes sentait mauvais et le déjeuner très mal organisé dans un petit coin sombre avec un choix très médiocre. J’était déçu de ce Hilton."
