"We arrived late due our multiple flight delays. I kept in contact with the hotel and notified them of our late arrival. Once we arrived at the hotel, the room that I reserved was no longer available. The hotel was booked up completely due to a Jazz festival and other events scheduled around the city. Jonathan, the concierge, was very helpful and upgraded our room for no additional charge. The room we were given was beautiful and very spacious. They did have to give us an additional roll away bed to accommodate my family. Even though the hotel ran out of blankets and pillows, housekeeper was very kind and did their best to make us feel welcoming and accommodate our needs in the early hours in the morning. Definitely would stay at this hotel again. The hotel is in walking distance to all tourists spots, amazing dining, and lake scenery. "
