"Hotel Felix was very clean and the front desk people were helpful. Our room was very small with two beds and there was no room for three people to open our luggage and stay organized. I used the gym on the second floor twice. Although there was a huge selection of weights, there were no 10 pounders or 20 pounders, but four sets of 15 lbs and 25 lb weights. The location close to Mag Mile was fantastic and there is a Starbucks, McDonald’s and Walgreens close by. "

"My son and I spent a few days in the city. The location of the hotel is perfect for walking distance to shopping, dining, Millennium Park, and Navy Pier! Very clean and staff was friendly. Liked that they had coffee available in the morning!"

Housekeeping was prompt to deliver towels, etc. The restaurant was very good, especially breakfast menu. Our server, Edgar, was a delight each morning of the 6 we spent at the hotel.Spiro greeted us warmly as we entered and exited the hotel. He helped with our luggage and uber rides. Wonderful hotel!"
