"Very clean and well maintained hotel. Has daily housekeeping service which is nice, bedding and linens are good quality. Rooms are fairly simple but functional, bathroom is small but plenty of hot water. Wifi was horrible in our room, even the SmartTV lost signal, maybe our location close to the elevators. Got plenty of signal in the lobby. Good location near shops and restuarants on the Magnificent Mile, but can be quite noisy from the street plus emergency vehicles heading to the hospital down the block. There is no restaurant just a snack bar for mornings and vending machine for evenings. No room service. Plenty of food options close by. Bar is open in evening for 5 days. Bartender is great."

"Our stay at Kasa was great! Pretty easy check in and check! I loved the space in the unit, it was well cleaned/prepped for our stay. A few of the night it got a little cool thankfully there was a heater/fan included so that we didn’t have to turn on the central heat. Extra pillows and linen was provided, as well as bag check/hold on our check out day which made it so easy to continue exploring Chicago before we had to leave. Super convenient to the train and bus system too. Whole Foods across the street and aldi at the rear of the building we couldn’t ask for more! I’d definitely stay again."
