"We arrived at the hotel about 10 am, exhausted from a flight from the United States. We were immediately given our room, no reminding us that check in is at 2:00 pm, as it admittedly is. We were ready to pay extra for early check in because we were so tired but it never got to that point. SO GRATEFUL! Also, I forgot to print our train tickets before we left home. I was able to print them at the hotel at no charge. Breakfast buffet was plentiful. Loved everything about this place. ❤️"

"It's great for backpackers. It's cheap and has only basics. Location is convenient for people who don't mind walking 10 to 15 minutes to public transportation. Plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. One or 2 desk staff speaks English well enough, but all of them try to communicate. "

"Para ser justo por el precio no se puede exigir mucho, las instalaciones se ven que fueron renovadas hace algún tiempo y ya tienen el desgaste del uso y aunque limpien pareciera q no este muy limpio, las camas no muy comodas pero si solo vas a dormir esta bien, el staff muy cordial y servicial, muy buena ubicación "

Hotel staff were very helpful, friendly and eager to help you in any way possible, I want to personally thank Paola at the front desk for her willingness to assist me every time I had a question about the city or anything in general.
