It is conveniently located at the center of Madrid but the building is not noticeable.. updated and clean facilities.. lots of cabinets to store stuff which I love. We stayed for 4 nights and my only complaint was the breakfast food, it was the same though for 3 times, hopefully not the same on the fourth day because we have 2 bookings, but overall this hotel is excellent!

The property and hotel staff were top-notch! Everyone was so helpful and kind. Great location on the main thoroughfare. Extremely well maintained. Only issue was that there was some construction going on in the hotel which made our first room very noisy, but the staff gladly moved us to a quieter room upon request.

Great location, I upgraded my room for only €20 a night and it was worth it. Great staff and amazing breakfast buffet. I would come back to the same hotel for sure.

Excellent location with all amenities right below the hotel. Gran Via is lively and lot of fun. The hotel rooms are spacious and staff were very friendly.
