"We arrived at the hotel about 10 am, exhausted from a flight from the United States. We were immediately given our room, no reminding us that check in is at 2:00 pm, as it admittedly is. We were ready to pay extra for early check in because we were so tired but it never got to that point. SO GRATEFUL! Also, I forgot to print our train tickets before we left home. I was able to print them at the hotel at no charge. Breakfast buffet was plentiful. Loved everything about this place. ❤️"

"Para ser justo por el precio no se puede exigir mucho, las instalaciones se ven que fueron renovadas hace algún tiempo y ya tienen el desgaste del uso y aunque limpien pareciera q no este muy limpio, las camas no muy comodas pero si solo vas a dormir esta bien, el staff muy cordial y servicial, muy buena ubicación "

"Hotel Luze Castellana was great! The front desk staff is extremely helpful and the hotel is very nice. The rooms are clean and comfortable. It’s in a more residential area but within walking distance to Santiago Bernabeu stadium and many great restaurants. It’s about a 20-30 minute ride from the city center which isn’t bad at all. I was there for 4 days and never had an issue and the breakfast is top notch! Highly recommend!"
