Excellent location and easy to walk around. Being at the city center offers the options to easily move around and using public transport. Plenty of shopping and dining options in the surrounding. Staff friendless is Ok, some were very helpful others a little bit moody, but the greatness of being in a very beautiful city fades everything away. My only complaint was the availability of elevators to move up to our unit, even though it seems to be working on it as there were only one elevator available for many guests, hopefully it would be better when the second unit is available once installation is completed. Our apartment was well appointed, full with needed appliances and utensils, only thing was the comfort of the sofabed, which was a little rough as the mattress was quite thin that the frame underneath was noticeable felt. I would consider to stay at this property in the future due to its excellent location at first, and its facilities as second attribute.

Honestly? Don’t want to sound like a snob, but for the money you pay, the perks are mainly just the extra space (2 bedrooms was helpful with our family) and being off Gran Via at the Callao Metro stop. Otherwise, there were some notable negatives that detracted from our experience. First, this place is very hard to spot if you’ve never been here before. Our taxi driver mistakenly dropped us off a block away. There were no instructions about how to find the entrance, and there was just a very small non-descriptive sign on an otherwise very busy section of Gran Via with no obvious street numbers. We called the reception a couple times to help us find it and they didn’t answer. Slightly frustrating when we finally did find it and walked in and the receptionist was sitting right there. Curious why they didn’t answer. Second, obviously, this is just temporary, but one of the elevators was down. With that many units in that tall a building, and with the elevators being quite small in the first place, it can be a very long wait for you to get up and down from your room, especially with your luggage. Not a huge negative, just inconvenient. Lastly, the apartment is certainly spacious with fairly nice amenities, although in our unit, some of the furniture was stained. The beds weren’t all that comfortable. The main issue for me was the noise. The windows in the unit don’t have any significant soundproofing. The loud noises from the street continue well past midnight. I would say,
