"The location is definitely the best part, it’s near Gran via and Chueca. It’s very quiet at night. Room and bathroom were very clean. Room was a little small. Staff was really friendly. my only complaint is that the stairs are wood and very slippery, I fell down the stairs. There is an elevator. Area is safe "

"Staff were very nice and the hotel itself very close to the metro so it was super easy to travel to the city. However, you could hear when other room close their door during the night which bothered my sleep. Apart from that, it was a great hotel and trip!"
