This was an absolute gem of a hotel. The service at the front desk was exemplary. They provided so many great instructions and recommendations I never needed to worry about planning. I booked this hotel after our arrival to Madrid and the main reason was the review I read here. I noticed a consensus with how great services is at this hotel. Those reviews were right. The service staff at this hotel is spectacular. The security folks, receptionists, pool lifeguard, rooftop bartenders. Awesome! I also read that reviews stating that they should play music at the rooftop and I agree with that as well. I will return to this hotel.

Firstly, Eduardo the guest experience manager was fantastic. Great recommendations and made us feel welcome at the hotel. I’m so happy we stayed at this hotel. The room was clean, although the regular room does not have a separating the toilet / bathroom - so it’s a little awkward
