"The reception staff was professional and quick to check us in and taking care our stuff 10/10. The hotel in a good area very close to Taksim Maydan and the restaurants. Big enough room very comfortable and fairly clean. But, they need to prevent the residents of smoking in the rooms/lobby area! "

"I booked this hotel because of the pool. But the pool opened at 12pm and it was very uncomfortable swimming in the pools as the staff kept telling us to be quiet as people were having messages. Even though we were not even making any noise. We felt like we was not wanted. Some days they opened the pools at 1pm. Which wasted all our morning. "
