"Çift kişilik yataklı oda tutmamıza rağmen iki tane tek kişilik yatak verildi. Odamızı çift kişilik yataklı bir oda değiştirmek istediğimizde müsait oda bulunmadığından talebimiz reddedildi. Ayrıca odamızda sadece tek kişilik havlu vardı. Banyoda duş jeli ve saç kremi bulunmasına rağmen şampuan yoktu. Islak halimle resepsiyona inip şampuan istemek durumunda kaldım ve OTELDE ŞAMPUAN OLMADIĞINI söylediler. Bunun karşılığında bana iki tane saç kremi "ikram" ettiler. Bunun dışında bir çözüm...

"Amazing stay, above expectations! Sema and Cigdem were super helpful, assisting with all our requests and questions. The breakfast was incredible, the patio was our go to spot day or night. Great location by Alacati cobblestones and also in the heart of the weekend market. The room was spacious, clean, and very cute. The pics did not do this place justice. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Only downside is that the Wifi wouldn't reach our room, so we had to use our phones in the hallway...

"We loved our stay at 4 Oda Cave House! The property and room was exactly as described. Everyone at the property went out of their way to help us with anything we needed. They were always available for suggestions on shopping, dining and excursions. Great breakfast every morning. Would not hesitate to stay again on a future trip to the area."

"We stayed for 3 days and upon arrival we were greeted by Mr Kutay Berk and shows us the room next day Mr Kutay gave us walking tour of surrounding places and also gave us driving tour with very reasonable prices he is very knowledgeable trustworthy and kind and gave us abundance of history about Istanbul our kids loved him and we recommend him for your next visit to turkey"

"Very small out of standard beds that you can fall down when you turn around in the middle of the night. AC wasn’t on (broken)while we were there for a several hours, couldn’t sleep night time because of the noise coming from corridor and other guests rooms , called front desk and even than continued, not very happy at all. No laundry service, need to go outside . Breakfast was somewhat ok, recommend go out to have it. Staff was very helpful but very unprofessional. Another confusion point with...
